Breast Cancer Recovery offers wellness programs designed by survivors for survivors to help women heal their mind, body and spirit after breast cancer. Our flagship program, Infinite Boundaries,™ is a 4-day retreat that helps breast cancer survivors overcome common challenges such as feeling isolated, a loss of control and a loss of hope. At retreat, women learn new stress reduction skills and are encouraged to stretch their boundaries by trying a new physical activity such as kayaking, cycling or yoga.  Breast Cancer Recovery offers more than ten retreats a year, including specialty retreats for women with advanced breast cancer, young women with breast cancer and single women with breast cancer.  Because cancer often comes with financial strains, all programs are offered at a substantially reduced cost and scholarships are available.

Families of Children with Cancer, Inc.

Our group is a nonprofit group for patients, families and long term survivors of childhood cancer from Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  Because kids can’t fight cancer alone………We offer an array of services to 100+ kids and teens on treatment for cancer at any given time.  Even though the majority of our families utilize St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, we have reached out and helped families who seek medical treatment from the hospitals in Madison and Milwaukee. Our goals are to provide emotional support, networking,  information, educational resources, out of pocket expenses due to the child’s diagnosis including gas cards, emergency assistance, travel and lodging expenses amongst others.  We assist the families on their cancer journey at the onset of diagnosis through the treatment plan to survivorship or upon the death of their child.  No family should face the uncertain world of cancer alone...

Restoring Hope Transplant House

Restoring Hope Transplant House will be a “home away from home” for patients who are in the Madison area for organ, bone marrow or other transplants. A transplant house is not a medical facility. It is a caring environment that offers high quality, affordable accommodations for patients and their adult family members/caregivers. In addition to physical housing, the House offers hospitality, compassion and hope to support the healing journey for the patient and family. The support is provided by a small core staff, many volunteers and through interaction between other families facing the same challenges.
